AGE RESTRICTIONS: We can only supply guns to persons 18 years of age or over. If you are under this age a responsible adult must purchase goods in your place. We require proof of age 18 or over and address. We can accept a scan of a full or provisional driving licence emailed to relicsarms@hotmail.com. If this is not available we can accept an emailed scan of a valid passport together with the heading of a utility bill or appointment that matches the delivery address. If neither of these options are available we can send a form for completion through Royal Mail together with a stamped addressed return envelope. See the about us section for an example of this form. No declaration is required for other items.
DELIVERY TO UK MAINLAND: Normally 3 to 7 days, however, allow up to 28 days if stocks are low. Custom items and large weapons can sometimes take up to 16 weeks to supply. We can do express on certain stock items. Overseas orders will take longer. If you are a UK resident living offshore of the Mainland i.e Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight etc please select your area from the drop down menu to see the current shipping rate for your order.
UK PAYMENT METHODS: Online WorldPay, Cheque, Postal Order, Credit/Debit Card, Secure Cash, Bank Transfer.
PAYMENT WITH ORDER: We do not offer credit. We do offer split payment x 3 of total due. Goods sent after final amount received, contact us for details.
ORDER BY POST: Please send a letter or order form stating goods required, your name, address post/zip code, telephone number, e-mail address and appropriate documents. Also include payment to Relics or your full card details.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
UNSATISFACTORY GOODS/REFUNDS: Contact us prior to packing and posting your items for our best and helpful advice on getting the items back to us safely, securely and legally. If you are unhappy with the goods when they are delivered, you can reject them within 28 days.Refunds will be made for the goods only not for the delivery or return charge. Please allow up to 10 days to receive your refund. Worldpay refund requests should include your name, address, WorldPay reference number, date of purchase and list of goods ordered. Please ensure returns are suitably packed preferably in the packing supplied with original order. A 10% admin fee will apply to goods returned as not required.
CANCELLED PAID ORDERS: A fee of 10% per refund will be deducted to cover admin and transactions charges incurred by Relics.
DISASSEMBLED ITEMS: We will not refund any products that have been taken apart for any reason. If you consider an item to be faulty contact us first. Do not return as we will refuse the goods and may return them to you unopened.
GOODS USED AND RETURNED: Where goods are returned but have clearly been tampered with or used for a purpose, such as filming, or the coloured finish has been removed we reserve the right to deduct up to 20% from the amount paid. To return items legally and safely a coloured tape finish must be in place.
