M18 U.S Smoke Grenade purple

Vietnam period M18 smoke grenade as used by American forces.

The genuine grenade produces a cloud of coloured smoke for 50 to 90 seconds.

Olive drab can with purple coloured lid. Plastic body wood fuse base and top with metal lever ring and pin. Great pouch filler.
