• UK PAYMENT METHODS. Online WorldPay,Cheque, Postal Order, Credit / Debit card, Secure Cash, Bank Transfer.
• OVERSEAS PAYMENT METHODS. Online WorldPay, Credit / Debit Card, Bank Transfer. Sterling £ Cheques,Sterling £ Money orders, Secure Cash £'s $'s €'s.
• If you are unhappy with the goods when they are delivered, you can reject them within 28 days.
• Refunds will be made for the goods only - not for the delivery charge.
• PAYMENT WITH ORDER .We do not offer credit. We do offer split payment x3 of total due. Goods sent after final amount received (contact us for details)
• ORDER BY POST. Please send a letter or order form containing goods required, your name, address post / zip code, telephone number, e-mail address. and appropriate documents. Also include payment made to Relics.
• UNSATISFACTORY GOODS / REFUNDS. Goods maybe returned up to 8 days from delivery or contract whichever is the longest, for a full refund less carriage charges. WORLD PAY payment requests for refund should include your name , address, World Pay reference number, date of purchase &  list of goods ordered. PLEASE ENSURE RETURNS ARE SUITABLY PACKED preferably in packing supplied with original order.
• AGE RESTRICTIONS.We can only supply guns or ordnance to persons over 17 years of age. If you are under this age a responsible adult must purchase goods in your place. We require a signed age declaration with ALL orders for guns and ordnance whatever your age.No declaration is required for other items.( See "ABOUT US" for an example age declaration.
