Relics present the extremely rare De Lisle wood stocked and metal carbine rifle.
The British WW2 Special Forces assassins gun. The genuine item featured an integral silencer and had facilities to capture the spent .45 cartridge in a velvet lined cell plus a host of other features to quiten the mechanism for covert use. Conceived by William De lisle assisted by Malcolm Campbell and appeared during 1943.
Ours is a convincing visual prop but has none of these features. As with all our wooden prop weapons they are not designed for use only display.
These are a special production and will normally take 14 weeks to produce.
